How come I can't submit my Final Fantasy OCs in the OC folder?

How do I put a OC pic in the folder if the oc folder of this group doesn't appear?
Hmm? The folder appears to me, if you go to submit your OC art, just select the 'Original Characters' folder from the drop-down list. Worst case scenario, just submit it to another and I can move it.
